- Engage Customers: Keep customers engaged with regular touch points, ongoing operational check-ins, and consultations
- Manage Customer Health: Use data to monitor customer health, and take proactive steps to mitigate signs of risk. Act as the ultimate expert to encourage user adoption and maximum value.
- Educate: Generate educational resources such as knowledge base articles, instructional content, and guides
- Create Brand Advocates: Create lifelong customers by providing an experience beyond their expectations through impeccable service and preemptive support
- Gather Feedback: Work closely with Product to relay pain points, feature requests, and customer feedback
Improve internal workflows: Work with stakeholders to continuously improve CS processes
